Oxford Scribes is a calligraphy society, based in Oxford but with an international membership. We hold evening meetings and Saturday workshops, have regular exhibitions, and arrange weekday visits to interesting places - often behind-the-scenes or buildings not usually open to the public.

We publish The Newsletter, three times a year with articles by respected members of the calligraphy profession and featuring our activities.

See About us for more details and our history.
